I'd like to recommend "Bunjiro," one of my favorite tonkatsu restaurants in Nagasaki!
In conclusion, "Freshly fried tonkatsu and shrimp tempura! This time I also added horse mackerel tempura, and I was truly very satisfied with this tonkatsu restaurant!"
When it comes to tonkatsu in Nagasaki, Bunjiro is a famous restaurant whose name is always mentioned!
Its appeal lies in the overwhelming satisfaction derived
from meticulous attention to detail and the excellent value of its lunch
menu!
*Lunch is served weekdays from Monday to Saturday, from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM!
Its greatest features are the juicy, carefully selected
pork, the thick shrimp tempura, and the crispy coating made with coarse
breadcrumbs!
The batter, fried quickly at high temperature, is fragrant
and perfectly locks in the delicious flavor of the thick-cut, juicy
pork!
Besides their signature tonkatsu (pork cutlet), their "ebi
fry" (fried shrimp) is also a specialty, so large that it spills off the
plate, and its plump, springy texture is simply superb!
The Hamaguchi store you visited this time is appealing for

please park in one of the nearby paid parking lots (around 100 yen for
40 minutes).
This time, I visited around 1:30 PM, after the lunch rush had subsided!
There's a counter lined up just before the entrance, but it
was full of people, so I took a picture when a table became available!
I was able to sit in the four-seater table next to the six-seater table!
