Tajima is known as the home of Wagyu beef, and Ota Ranch is located amidst its rich natural environment.
In a secluded, slightly elevated mountain area, with ample space and meticulous care from staff, the animals grow up peacefully without accumulating stress.
Through years of experience in fattening cattle, Ota beef, known for its high quality as a Tajima brand, is established by using a unique feed blend developed over many years of experience.

Ota beef uses only female cows, resulting in a light, non-greasy texture and a strong sweetness, umami, and aroma.
Furthermore, because it is not available on the market, it cannot be procured without a special route, and Ota Farm's original brand Tajima Ota Beef is not available in Nagasaki or even Kyushu. Please enjoy it at our specialty store.
