"Akami Yakiniku Champion," a hugely popular restaurant in Isahaya, has finally opened a branch in Nagasaki City!😆 I've been wanting to visit this restaurant for a long time, and I was invited to the pre-opening, so I'll review it right away!

In conclusion, "They truly are champions! The Champion 7-Cut Assortment, grilled over charcoal, was incredibly satisfying in every cut, and the presentation was superb! I will definitely be back to try the fillet, sirloin, and seared yukke!"

Ahhh! I'm so happy!! I'm still happy even now as I'm writing this blog (lol)

This time, I was invited to the pre-opening of "Akami Yakiniku Champion" ( https://akamiyakiniku-champion.com/ ), a restaurant run by  Meat Factory ( https://champion29factory.com/ ) , which is finally opening in Shimonishiyama-cho, Nagasaki City on June 21, 2026, so I went to check it out!

I was contacted by Champion before, but their store was in Isahaya, so I couldn't visit...

However, this time, it's located in the former site of "Sumiyaki Kitchen Mitsuwa," a famous yakiniku restaurant just a 5-minute walk from Suwa Shrine, so I'll be checking it out right away!

We were shown to the charcoal grill area inside Akami Yakiniku Champion Nagasaki Nishiyama branch!

Normally, we'd grill our meat over gas, but this time, it's been a while since we've grilled it over charcoal (Binchotan charcoal), so I'm really looking forward to it!
