This time, I visited "gypso," a stylish cafe that is
currently incredibly popular, especially among women in Nagasaki City!
This restaurant is so popular that there's a line even
before it opens, and after actually trying the food, I completely
understood why.

This time, anticipating the lunch rush, I made sure to
arrive at the restaurant just after 10:30 AM, before it opened.
I was wondering if it was a little too early, but to my
surprise, there were already two groups of customers waiting in front of
the shop!
By the time it opened, the line had grown even longer, and I was once again reminded of just how popular it is.
If you absolutely want to get in smoothly, we recommend
visiting a little earlier than opening time, or after the peak lunch
hour, around 11:00 to 13:30.
As soon as I opened the shop door and stepped inside, a wonderfully cozy space unfolded before me.
The interior design is superb, and the warm lighting and
calm atmosphere are truly appealing. It's the kind of place I don't
usually frequent (I'm not particularly fond of trendy cafes), and
although I was shown to a table, there was plenty of space, so I didn't
feel like I had to eat in a hurry. Instead, there was a relaxed
atmosphere.
Also, we have many female customers, and they all seem to be
enjoying a leisurely lunch while chatting with their friends, followed
by dessert and drinks. Each group takes about an hour to enjoy their
meal, so although the turnover rate is low, we value providing a space
where customers can eat and chat at their own pace.
So, it made sense that there was a line every time.
I was eating rather quickly, so my wife and I finished it in about 30 minutes (lol).

This time, we ordered two dishes: the restaurant's
signature dish, which is packed with the restaurant's dedication to
quality, and the daily special chosen by my wife.
