This time, I visited Daishoen Dazaifu Chikushino store, so I'd like to introduce it to you!

On December 1st, 2025, Daishoen, a long-established yakiniku
restaurant from Kurume, opened its Dazaifu Chikushino branch! As we've
mentioned many times before, Daishoen has come to Chikushino City!
▼A brief introduction to the history of Daishoen
When talking about Daishoen, it's essential to mention its
history of dedication that has continued for over 55 years!
Founded in 1969 in Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture, this
long-established yakiniku restaurant has been deeply rooted in the local
community, and is a renowned establishment that has continued to be
particular about using Kyushu-produced Kuroge Wagyu beef and its secret
sauce.
Our restaurant uses carefully selected Wagyu beef,
meticulously hand-cut by skilled chefs and served with a traditional
sauce made with our original soy sauce. It has gained a large following
as a yakiniku restaurant that delights all five senses.
The main branch remains a popular restaurant in Kurume, and
is a renowned establishment that attracts many visitors due to its
spacious interior and large capacity, which can accommodate large
banquets!
With this much space, they've opened a store on National Route 3, the main artery of Kyushu!!!

The store offers a wide selection of takeout options, as well as private rooms of various sizes and a nursing room.
There's a huge parking lot, so you'll have plenty of space to park!

This is definitely the star of the show!

The thinly sliced meat, beautifully arranged on a large plate, looks just like a blooming rose!
The moment it was brought out, the whole family exclaimed, "Wow...!"
Lightly toasting it and putting it in your mouth...
Sweet!! Soft!! Delicious!!
It's a feast for both the eyes and the palate. This is definitely a dish you should order.

Of course, our usual elite team also played a major role!
Loin/Lean Meat: The delicious flavor bursts forth with every bite!
Skirt steak: Incredibly tender and flavorful!
Hormone and Kalbi: The deliciousness of the fat is superb, this is what yakiniku should be!
Everything I've ordered has been delicious; it's consistently excellent!
🥩 The thick-cut beef tongue has the best texture!
The "thick-cut tongue" at Yakiniku Daishoen is also exquisite!
This amount is a single serving!
And this level of doneness is absolutely irresistible!
It's absolutely delicious with a squeeze of lemon! (lol)
🍚 You won't be able to stop eating rice! The magical way to cook it.
The food at Daishoen is truly delicious!
Each grain is firm and sweet.
Take a lightly grilled piece of meat, give it a quick bounce, and bring it to your mouth...
The rice is disappearing!!! (LOL)
This creates an endless loop of grilled meat and rice!
🥗 You absolutely must order the "Daishoen Salad"
A moment of relaxation in between meat dishes (lol)
The crisp vegetables go incredibly well with the original sauce!
The rich vegetables are perfect as a palate cleanser!
This is something you should order every time!
🍜 Perfect Yukgaejang Ramen from start to finish
To finish off the meal, I ordered Yukgaejang ramen!
The spiciness is just right, the ginger adds a nice touch, the flavor is rich, and the noodles are delicious!
Even though I said I was full, before I knew it I had finished everything...
Also, I highly recommend the cold noodles at Daishoen, so please give them a try!!

Also, the customer service was wonderful and made me feel great!!
The restaurant had a great atmosphere, and thanks to the
lively service from the staff, our whole family thoroughly enjoyed
lunch.
The kids ate their fill of meat and enjoyed ice cream for dessert after the meal!!
As expected of Daishoen, the quality remains unchanged even in their new store!!
