I went to Taiho Ramen Ogori branch, a ramen shop that I absolutely adore!!
In conclusion, "I visited again in September, four months after my last visit in May 2025, and there were no price changes! The only change since my last visit was that they've evolved to a tablet-based ordering system!"
Since moving to Nagasaki City, whenever I go back to my parents' home in Tosu, I usually visit "Taiho Ramen Ogori Branch"!
One of the changes so far is that you can now place orders using a tablet!

I absolutely love it, so I'm visiting again this time!
Taiho Ramen Ogori branch's business hours are from 10:30 to 21:00!
This time, when I arrived at 11:00 on September 21st during Silver Week, there was a normal queue (lol).
That's impressive! (lol)

"Old-fashioned Ramen (Bullet Ramen)" is a rich and flavorful ramen featuring a homemade lard-based broth that is simmered to perfection.
Old-fashioned Ramen: Regular 940 yen / Large 1,040 yen / Mini 640 yen
Old-fashioned Char Siu Ramen (plenty of juicy pork belly): 1,090 yen
Traditional Wonton Noodles (with special wontons): 1,090 yen
The classic flavor! This is the basic, mild, and flavorful soup that carries on the tradition of Taiho Ramen.
Ramen: Regular 890 yen / Large 990 yen / Mini 590 yen
Char Siu Ramen (using only the finest parts of pork shoulder): 1,040 yen
Wonton Noodles (with special wontons): 1,040 yen
Soy sauce tonkotsu ramen (a bowl flavored with dark soy sauce and burnt green onion oil): 960 yen
Kids' Ramen Set: 550 yen
*Includes fun face toppings and a choice of toy. *Limited to elementary school children and younger.

The set menus look great too!
However, when I eat ramen, I usually stick to just ramen and an extra serving of noodles, without ordering fried rice or anything else (lol).
The biggest change I noticed during this visit was that ordering is now done via tablet!
This marks the beginning of digitalization!
This is irresistible!!
The ramen used to cost 940 yen!!
Of course, I ordered extra noodles!!
This one is also 150 yen!!
