An impressive food report on "Osakanabiyori Okome," a famous and exquisite restaurant in Isahaya City! Be careful, the tuna bowl set meal is too delicious!
This time, we visited "Osakanabiyori Okome" and would like to show you around!
Conclusion: "If you want to eat tuna, go to 'Osakanabiyori Okome'! If you want to enjoy other fish and seafood, go to ' Sengyo Shokudo Uokichi '! It's a great restaurant for tuna lovers!"
Located in Isahaya City, Nagasaki Prefecture, this hidden
gem is known only to those in the know, and all of my tuna-loving
friends and acquaintances unanimously say it's "highly recommended"!
It's called "Fish Weather Rice"!
Our expectations had been at an all-time high, but when we
finally visited, we were treated to an exquisite tuna bowl that was
"outrageously delicious" and far exceeded our expectations!
We bring you a full report of the exciting and moving food
that left both the husband and wife "super super super satisfied."
The biggest appeal of this restaurant is that, despite being
located in Nagasaki, it is completely committed to using bluefin tuna
from Kesennuma, which is considered the "best tuna"!
Amazingly, the shop assistant's father travels all the way to Kesennuma to get the best quality tuna!
Just hearing this passionate story about purchasing the tuna
makes it clear that the dish served is not just any ordinary tuna bowl.
The secret of "Osakanabiyori Okome" is that you can have a one-of-a-kind, exquisite experience while in Nagasaki.
This time, in order to fully enjoy its exquisite flavor, my
husband and I both ordered the "Tuna Bowl Set Meal," with a "large
portion" of rice and "1.5 times the amount" of sashimi, a super
luxurious and gluttonous meal that tuna lovers will love!
The moment it was brought to my table, I couldn't help but
smile at the sight of the beautiful, glossy tuna filling the bowl. The
visual appearance, like a "tuna jewel box," really raised my
expectations to the highest level.
And now it's time to try it.
First, the long-awaited fatty tuna...
I still remember the shock I felt the moment I put it in my mouth!
This is exactly what I mean when I say "It's so delicious!" (lol)
The high-quality fat melts smoothly on your tongue, and the
rich flavor spreads throughout your mouth, but despite the fat, it's not
at all heavy; I was impressed by the exquisite balance.
The next piece of red meat we had was also exceptional.
The tuna's natural umami is tightly concentrated, and its
deep flavor will make you want to scream, "I can't get enough of this!"
The contrast between the punchy power of the fatty tuna and the deep
umami of the lean meat creates the perfect harmony.
What's more, this time we decided to try something a little
cheating by topping it with two egg yolks (my wife doesn't like raw
eggs, so I asked her for some!) and mixing it with the tuna before
taking a bite!
The richness of the sauce, combined with the umami of the
tuna, makes it irresistibly delicious. This is a blissful way to eat it
that you should definitely try!
The tuna cutlet that comes with the set meal is also
excellent, and certainly deserves the positive reviews. The combination
of crispy batter and juicy tuna is exquisite, and even though it's
deep-fried, it's not heavy. I discovered a new side to tuna.
It was so delicious that we ate it all in one go, but our
only regret was that we didn't get to try the grilled version, which you
can enjoy to your liking!
The next time I visit, I'll be sure to try the "All Grilled" and enjoy a different, exquisite tuna experience.
The Kesennuma tuna bowl at Osakanabiyori Okome in Isahaya
City, Nagasaki Prefecture was an "ultra-ultra-ultra-satisfying"
experience that far exceeded my expectations. If you love tuna, or
rather, if you love delicious food, this is a famous restaurant that I
can confidently "highly recommend"!
