[Nagasaki Ramen] Introducing the menu of Yokohama-style ramen restaurant Ryoma-ya Nagasaki!
This time, I went to the Yokohama Iekei Ramen Ryoma-ya Nagasaki branch in Egawa-cho, Nagasaki city!
Conclusion: "My favorite is the creamy soup with the punch of garlic and chili bean paste! I love the ramen here! "
I've previously filmed a video at the original Omura store , and I love adding garlic and chili bean paste to the creamy soup here, so I've been there many times!
Recently, outside of Nagasaki city, they have opened stores
in Saga and other areas, and are a notable store based in Omura,
Nagasaki that is expanding in size!
I also love Yamaokaya
, a ramen restaurant with a family atmosphere , and I hope to see more and more restaurants like this one open!!

I definitely feel like I've been eating a lot of Iekei ramen lately (laughs).
I also ate it in my previous blog, " Introducing the menu of Yokohama Iekei Ramen Uchidaya Hakata Main Branch! ", so this is the second time I've eaten here this month (lol).

You can really taste the pork bone flavor more intuitively with salt than with soy sauce!

You can choose between thin noodles and medium-thick noodles, but I prefer the firm medium-thick noodles!!
If I have another opportunity, I would like to try the thin noodles.
