BABAKE has three locations near recommended spots in Nagasaki!

In particular, I highly recommend BABAKE's standard menu
items: the "Mala Dan Dan Noodles," the warm "Soupless Dan Dan Noodles,"
the summer-only "Cold Soupless Dan Dan Noodles," and, depending on the
store, the "Spicy Dan Dan Tsukemen," which is truly satisfying!
I really love adding rice to each dish at the end!
BABAKE's rice is truly delicious, from the way it's cooked to
its glossy appearance, so that's another reason why I recommend it!

They open at 11:30, so I'll arrive around 11:20 and wait!
There is a paid parking lot nearby where you can park for 100
yen for 30 minutes, but it is often crowded, so please be aware of this
if you are visiting by car!
Lunch is served from 11:30 to 14:00!
White Ramen: 950 yen
Black Ramen: 950 yen
Set A: 1100 yen for one topping and rice or rice ball
Set B: 1250 yen for fried chicken or potato salad + rice or rice ball

Me: Cold, soupless Dan Dan noodles, extra spicy, large
portion. Set A: Toppings include soft-boiled egg, rice, and marinated
egg.
We'll share the rice, half each!
One serving is often too much, so I always adjust the amount based on what my stomach can handle.

This time, we've added a soft-boiled egg as a topping, resulting in a mild yet rich flavor!
The firmness and chewiness of these cold noodles are absolutely irresistible!!
I absolutely love the way the tantanmen sauce coats the
noodles, creating an exquisite flavor, and the slight spiciness of the
Sichuan pepper!
It's truly a parade of delicious spiciness!!
I forgot to take a picture, but after this I added rice to the dandan noodle sauce and ate it mixed with the sauce!!
This "cold, soupless dandan noodles" is truly delicious right down to the last bite!!
Seriously, this menu is highly satisfying! 😆
By the way, I'll also introduce the other menu items.
They have a great selection of toppings, but I often order just rice! The rice is delicious too!
