Store," a place I often use when friends and I get together for drinks!
In conclusion: "I've used it for events, birthday parties, homemade sushi parties, and this time for a Mother's Day event, so I'd like to share my experience!"
Most Nagasaki residents have connections with a fish shop
somewhere, and each neighborhood and area, such as Tsukimachi or
Dozamachi, has its own recommended shop, saying things like, "If you
want to order sashimi platters, this is the place! If you want to order a
platter of sashimi, this is the place! If you want appetizers..."
Among them, the place I often use for my sashimi platter is
"Koda Fresh Fish Inasa Store," which I'll be introducing today!
This time, since it's Mother's Day, I was looking at the
Instagram story of Koda Fresh Fish Inasa Store and saw that they were
holding a Mother's Day event!

We also decided to have a hand-rolled sushi party and "let
the kids express their gratitude to their mother!", so I sent a direct
message and completed the reservation!!

Besides sashimi, corn, canned tuna, meat, sausages, omelets, and cucumbers are also essential ingredients for hand-rolled sushi!
We're ready, and now it's time to eat!!

The yellowtail was absolutely gorgeous!!
As
you can see in the picture, I put rice on a sheet of nori seaweed, lay a
shiso leaf on top, then place fresh sashimi on top, and add a little
wasabi.
After that, I love to pour soy sauce over it and eat it in one bite!
The children were eating the meat, sausages, and eggs that appeared in the second half of the meal, dipping them in soy sauce!
Anyway, making hand-rolled sushi is fun! 😆
