This time, I wanted to eat "Bunjiro" so I visited Bunjiro
Asahimachi, a restaurant in Asahimachi, Nagasaki city, that serves
delicious pork cutlets and fried shrimp!!
Conclusion: "The recommended dishes are the tender and juicy pork cutlet and the huge and hearty fried shrimp! The pork cutlet alone is good, but you should definitely come and try the fried shrimp as well!"
I visited the restaurant with my wife not because I wanted to eat tonkatsu, but because I wanted to eat Bunjiro!
I haven't had a chance to go there recently, so I decided to go to Bunjiro for lunch!!
This time, we visited during lunch time on a weekday!

Saturday, from 11:30 to 15:00. Please note that there is no lunch menu
on Sundays and public holidays.

There are sweet and spicy versions available, but we recommend using both for the double sauce!
You can also adjust it to your liking.
I also have sesame seeds, so just add them and it's done!
The sauce is delicious, but we also recommend eating the pork cutlet with salt!
The fried shrimp is best served with the special tartar sauce.
