 Nagasaki City Izakaya Fukitei

[Nagasaki Izakaya] We went to the Izakaya Fuuki-tei for a year-end party, enjoying delicious food and sake!

Hello, this is Noguchi Tsuyoshi from Noguchubu  (X account @ta0416 )!

This time, I went to "Ishokuya Fuuki-tei" in Banzai-cho, Nagasaki City for a drinking party, so I'd like to introduce it to you!

Conclusion: "Everything on the menu was delicious as always, including the Hirasu Namero, seared marinated mackerel, choregi salad, fried taro, and mapo tofu! Also, every sake on the menu was delicious!"

This time, four of us visited for a year-end party!

We used this service by ordering individually instead of the course menu for our year-end party, so we would like to let you know about it!

▼Let us introduce it to you!

I also wanted to eat omusoba!

There are many other things as well.

Be sure to order the "Namero" at Ishokuya Fuuki-tei!!

▼Sake Senkin Snowman

Sake Senkin Snowman

The sake we will toast with is "Senkin Yukidaruma" !!

Senkin Yukidaruma is a Japanese sake made by Senkin Sake Brewery in Tochigi Prefecture.
This is a seasonal drink that can only be enjoyed during the winter season, making it a drink that truly evokes winter, and the cute label design with a snowman motif is also one of its charms.
It has a light and refreshing taste, and is known for being easy to drink even for those who are new to sake, and you can enjoy its fruity aroma.

The best!

So, cheers!!

Today we have a year-end party for four people!

Soy sauce would be fine, but I'll have it with salt this time too!

It's seriously delicious!

▼ Hirasu Namero

Izakaya Fuukitei Hirasu Namero

The Namero at Ishokuya Fuuki-tei is delicious!!

This time, since horse mackerel was not available, we ordered Hirasu Namero!

What does it mean to name something?
"Namero" is a local dish from Chiba Prefecture that is made by pounding fish, mainly horse mackerel, with miso, green onions, ginger, etc. to create a sticky texture. It originated as a fisherman's dish, and is said to have been created when fresh fish was cooked on board a boat.

This was also delicious!

▼Akabu sake

Izakaya Fuukitei Japanese Sake Akabu

The second sake is "Akabu" !

Akabu is a sake made in Otsuchi, Iwate Prefecture, and is known as a sake that symbolizes the recovery from the Great East Japan Earthquake of 2011.

▼Fried taro

Izakaya Fuukitei Deep-fried taro

The delicious, sticky flavor of taro is delicious when fried!

The outside is crispy and the inside is rich and sticky!

This is also delicious!

▼Sake Koei Kiku

Izakaya Fuukitei Japanese Sake Koei Kiku

The third sake is "Koei Kiku . "

Koei Kiku is a sake made in Ogi City, Saga Prefecture. It once went out of business, but thanks to the combined efforts of many people, it has made a spectacular comeback.
The gorgeous, fresh fruit aroma and juicy, light sweet and sour taste are reminiscent of grapefruit! They make a variety of sakes, each with its own unique flavor, and they are my favorites.

The best!

▼Fukitei's Stone-Grilled Mapo Tofu

Stone-grilled mapo tofu at Ishokuya Fuukitei

First, take the mapo tofu ingredients and eat them!

The sansho pepper adds just the right amount of kick, making the spicy tofu absolutely delicious!

Leaving the mapo tofu sauce behind...
