The biryani, which I tried for the first time, arrived piping hot with steam rising from it!
The first thing that surprised me was the fluffy and light
texture of the basmati rice, which is completely different from Japanese
rice (lol).
The aroma of spices explodes in your mouth with every bite, and the texture of the cashews adds a wonderful accent.
The heart-shaped cucumbers, tomatoes, and boiled eggs are topped off with vibrant colors and are also very filling!
