I've loved the ramen here ever since I tried it at Ramen
Yamaokaya Takasaki Nakao branch in Gunma Prefecture about 15 years ago!
In particular, Iekei is a restaurant that uses garlic and
doubanjiang, but I think of it as something special and recognize it as
the "Yamaoka-ya" brand (laughs).
This time, I came to Kitakyushu and visited it!!

But this seaweed is really delicious!!

I would love for Yamaokaya to open a store in Nagasaki (laughs).
But I'm really happy just to be able to eat it in Kitakyushu!!
Currently, Yamaokaya has expanded into Kyushu, so we are very grateful!
