This time, I'd like to introduce to you the soul food of
Fukuoka residents, "West Burdock Tempura Udon," which I tried for the
first time in a while!
Conclusion: "It's a really good udon that you won't get tired of, including the cost performance! This is the udon that Fukuoka residents have loved for many years!"
I had a real craving for burdock tempura udon, so I went to the West Kiyama store!
The West Kiyama store is located along National Route 3, so there were really a lot of people there!
Truly a soul food for Fukuoka residents!
My wife's parents also live in Chikushino City, Fukuoka
Prefecture, so when we wanted something simple and basic to eat, we
would always go to West.
It's cheap, it's delicious, and it never gets boring!
This is the kind of udon that Fukuoka residents enjoy eating every day!

crispy and the broth soaks into it, softening it just the right amount.
Udon noodles are soft.

It's been a while since I last had it, and the soup was
simply delicious with a strong dashi flavor, the burdock tempura was
crispy, and the udon noodles were also good!
