We visited the "Salt Hormone Rokumei Daikokucho Store" that opened in the Nagasaki Station Shopping District in front of Nagasaki Station on December 22, 2021!

A popular horumonyaki restaurant in Omura City has landed in the Nagasaki Ekimae shopping district in Nagasaki City!
So, I visited the pre-opening the day before the opening.
This time, we had a seafood set with 3 adults, and it was said that fresh hormones were the main dish, but there was no doubt!
We have various parts, and each one has a different taste and texture, so it's a novel feeling!
Normally, I would choose soft, marbled or reddish meat, but I felt that the texture and umami were the fun of hormones (laughs).
This is addictive!
Also, since it was opened on December 22, 2021, I feel that I haven't been able to serve customers yet, but I'm looking forward to it in the future.
